Every treatment starts with a complimentary consultation. We design the shape, discuss the technique, and make sure you're completely comfortable before any ink touches skin.
Your brows frame your entire face. Get this right and everything else falls into place. Rebekah designs each brow from scratch, mapping your bone structure, natural hair growth, and the shape that suits your features best.
Whether you've over-plucked for years, have patchy growth, or just want to stop filling them in every morning, cosmetic brow tattooing gives you a base that looks polished and natural from the moment you wake up. It's also a popular option for clients dealing with alopecia or thinning brows.
Lip tattooing adds a wash of natural colour that defines your lip shape, evens out your tone, and gives you that "just applied lip tint" look around the clock. No more reapplying after every coffee.
Rebekah works with your natural lip line, enhancing shape and fullness without overpromising on size changes. The colour is customised to complement your skin tone and heals to a soft, blush finish.
A cosmetic eyeliner tattoo creates a subtle enhancement along your lash line that makes your eyes look brighter, more defined, and wide awake without any visible "liner" look.
Whether you want a barely-there lash enhancement or a soft, defined wing, Rebekah tailors the thickness and style to your eye shape and the look you're going for.
Rebekah is a dedicated cosmetic tattoo artist with a sharp eye for facial symmetry and a focus on creating results that look like you on your best day. No cookie-cutter shapes. No one-size approach. Every set of brows, every lip blush, every lash line is designed from scratch.
She maps your bone structure, studies your natural features, and builds a shape that works with your face rather than against it. The goal is always the same: when someone notices, they think it's natural.
Based at Looks by Brooke in Thomastown, Rebekah works in a clean, comfortable clinic environment where every session starts with a thorough consultation. If you're not ready to commit, the consult is the perfect first step. No pressure, just clarity on what's possible.
"I can't stop looking at my eyebrows! I cannot thank Rebekah enough for her attention to detail and care. She's definitely the best in the business."

On the day of your treatment, Rebekah draws the shape directly onto your skin. You approve the design before any tattooing begins. Nothing happens until you're completely happy with how it looks.
Topical anaesthetic is applied for comfort. The tattooing process is precise and methodical. Depending on the service, sessions run between 1 and 4 hours.
Your tattoo heals over 4 to 6 weeks, softening in colour and settling into its natural final form. A touch-up session is included to refine any areas and lock in the result.
The colour you see straight after treatment is not the finished result. Like all cosmetic tattooing, the pigment goes through a natural healing process before settling into its final, soft appearance.
Colour will appear darker and more intense than the final result. Mild redness and swelling around the treated area is completely normal. For lips, expect some puffiness that typically settles within 24 to 48 hours.
Swelling subsides and the colour begins to darken slightly as the skin starts forming a protective layer. The area may feel tight. Avoid touching, picking, or applying makeup to the treated area.
Light flaking is a normal part of healing. The colour may look patchy or uneven during this stage. Let the skin shed naturally and do not peel or pick at it. This is temporary.
Once peeling is complete, the colour may appear lighter than expected. This is normal. The pigment is still settling beneath the skin's surface and will continue to develop over the coming weeks.
By week 4 to 6, the colour has settled into its soft, natural final shade. This is when your included touch-up appointment takes place, allowing Rebekah to refine the shape, adjust colour density, and perfect any areas that healed lighter.
Cosmetic tattoos are semi-permanent and typically last 12 to 24 months depending on your skin type, sun exposure, skincare routine, and lifestyle. A touch-up is included with your initial treatment. Annual colour boosts are available to keep your results looking fresh.
A topical anaesthetic is applied before treatment to minimise discomfort. Most clients describe the sensation as a light scratching rather than pain. Rebekah works at a pace that keeps you comfortable throughout the session.
If you have an existing cosmetic tattoo that has faded unevenly, changed colour, or no longer suits your face, bring it along to your consultation. Rebekah will assess what's possible in terms of reshaping, colour correction, or working with the existing pigment.
Anyone who wants to simplify their routine, fill in sparse or patchy areas, add definition, or stop spending time drawing on brows, liner, or lip colour every day. It's also a great option for those dealing with alopecia, thinning brows, or hair loss from medical treatments.
No preparation needed, but a few things that help Rebekah give you the best advice during your 20-minute session.
