Terms & Conditions
Appointment Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final treatment cost.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. With sufficient notice, your deposit may be transferred to a future booking.
Late Cancellations:
Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being forfeited.
No Shows:
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the full treatment charge being applied.
Running Late:
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your treatment and your appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
Pre Paid Treatment Payments:
All treatments must be paid in full at the time of service. Pre-paid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another treatment or person at the discretion of management.
Product Sales:
For health and safety reasons, all product sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products once they have left the clinic.
Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Can only be redeemed on services not product.
Adverse Reactions:
If you experience an unexpected reaction to a product purchased from us, please contact the clinic immediately so we can assess and advise further.
Promotion And Sales Policy:
Promotional offers may require a minimum purchase (e.g. 3 sessions) to qualify.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure any promotional offer.
All promotional purchases are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
Promotional prices are available for a limited time only and cannot be extended beyond the promotional period.
Promotions are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other discounts or offers.
Travel Policy
Travel Fee:
A travel fee will apply to all bookings made outside of our studio. This fee is calculated based on distance.
Minimum Booking:
A minimum spend may be required for travel services, particularly for locations outside a 10 km radius.
Parking & Tolls:
Any parking fees, tolls, or additional travel expenses incurred will be added to the final invoice.
Extended Travel:
For travel exceeding 2 hours each way, accommodation may be required and will be discussed at the time of booking.
Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all travel bookings. The balance must be paid in full prior to the service date.
Delays:
Please ensure the location is accessible at the confirmed time.
